Neighbourhood Planning Group

During the year the Parish Council has agreed to develop, with partners and volunteers, a Neighbourhood Plan for Boreham.  The Neighbourhood Plan is a community led document for guiding the future development and growth of an area.  The Neighbourhood Plan will outline the use and development of land.  It will consider a wide range of issues such as housing, employment, heritage and transport.  A number of volunteers responded to our request for help in developing the Neighbourhood Plan and the Steering Group is up and running.  This process is likely to take up to two years and there will be many opportunities for Parishioners to have their say in the Plan or to volunteer to help develop it.

Members of the steering group are –

  • Chair – Nigel Brown
  • Alan Swash
  • John Galley
  • Charles Martin
  • Anthony Leach
  • Bill Kyle
  • David Adeneken
  • Richard Wilkes
  • William Brown
  • Karen Cherry
  • Justine Atterbury
